Service Description

Hypnotherapy sessions take place within Tir na nOg Holistic Centre, in a stunning courtyard setting on the edge of Loch Lomond National Park, just 17 miles north of Glasgow. At So-Hypno we focus on forming a therapeutic partnership, as it is important that clients feel comfortable and relaxed. The session usually takes 60-90 minutes, and you will be sitting or reclining in a way that you are comfortable with.  Sessions can also be delivered via Skype. The voice of the therapist is calm and soothing, and will direct and gently guide your mind to a deeply relaxed state.
